If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time or, in some cases, cancelled. Regardless of the modification, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the service.

If you’ve had any changes in medical history, medications, or hair challenges in the last 6-8 weeks, please let your stylist know before your appointment.
